Our regular coffee and sourdough are built with every client, event by event. Drops are different — a standalone idea, given its own name, its own look, and a limited run. Here's how it plays out.

You'll find it at our events and popups around Ottawa while it's live — then we retire it before it gets old.
When a drop ends, it's archived here for good — and a new one eventually takes its place.
